SuperAge is an iPhone app focused on biological age, recovery, and everyday health signals.
It reads data already present in Apple Health and can add optional blood-test workflows for deeper biomarker-based perspectives. The app is built to help you understand change over time, not to turn one score into a diagnosis.
What you can do in SuperAge
- See a biological-age estimate based on health and wearable data.
- Review recovery and other everyday health signals in one place.
- Add optional blood-test input for deeper biomarker-based views, including models such as PhenoAge and KDM.
- Track changes over time instead of relying on a single reading.
First setup checklist
- Install SuperAge on the iPhone that has your Apple Health data.
- Allow the Health permissions SuperAge requests.
- Open Apple Health and confirm the key metrics you expect are already there.
- If you use Apple Watch or another tracker, let its app finish syncing before judging the first SuperAge result.
- Treat the first score as a baseline. The app becomes more useful once you can compare change over days and weeks.
What it uses
- Apple Health as the main data hub on iPhone
- health and wearable signals that are already available there
- optional blood-test input when you want a deeper biomarker-based perspective
If the first result looks wrong
Start with the data path before assuming the model is wrong:
- Check whether the expected metric exists in Apple Health.
- Check whether the metric has recent entries.
- Check whether SuperAge still has permission to read that metric.
- If a tracker app is involved, check whether that app wrote the metric into Apple Health.
If Apple Health is missing the data, SuperAge cannot use it yet. If Apple Health has recent data and SuperAge still looks wrong, email [email protected] with the metric, date range, device model, iOS version, and what you expected to see.
What SuperAge is not
SuperAge is not a medical device, a diagnosis tool, or a replacement for a clinician. If a result concerns you, review the underlying data and speak with a qualified professional.
