Information Collection And Use

Health Data

We will use Apple's APIs to read and/or write certain data to the Apple Health app on your device (the "Health Data"). Such information may include, for example:

We will use your Health Data to show your Biological Age, Activity Cloud, workouts summary, workout details and determine your heart rate zones.

We will not use your Health Data for marketing or advertising purposes. Your Health Data will be accessed locally through Apple Health and will not be stored or cached by the app. Your Health Data is processed locally and will not be sent to any server. This app cannot read from or write to Apple Health without your consent.

Cloud AI Extractor

This app includes an optional feature ("Cloud AI Extractor") that allows you to extract biomarker data from PDF files or images you upload. When you use this feature, the selected file is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS/SSL) to a proprietary server operated by us solely for the purpose of processing and extracting the relevant biomarker information. The extracted data is then returned directly to your device.

Processing is performed by an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI within our private account. Cloudflare acts as a data sub-processor and does not retain or use your data for any purpose beyond processing your request. No uploaded files, images, or extracted data are retained on the server.

Your uploaded files and extracted data will not be used for marketing, advertising, analytics, machine-learning training, or any purpose other than performing the extraction you requested. The Cloud AI Extractor is strictly opt-in: files are transmitted to the server only when you explicitly initiate the extraction. No data is sent without your affirmative action.

Website Push Notifications

If you choose to enable website push notifications, we store the push subscription endpoint and encryption keys issued by your browser, your browser language, and the timestamps needed to enforce a maximum of one notification every 12 hours. We use this information only to notify you about newly published SuperAge articles in that language.

We do not require an account or email address for website notifications, and we do not store health data, browsing history, or article-reading activity with the subscription. You can withdraw consent at any time using your browser's notification settings. Revoked or expired subscriptions are removed when the push service reports them as invalid.

Security

The security of your information is important to us, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

This company will not be held responsible if this app is discontinued, changed, or otherwise made unusable and data is damaged or lost as a result, or if the device itself is damaged, or if the device incurred damage due to another app.
