These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the SuperAge mobile application ("the App") developed by Stefano Novelli ("we", "our" or "the Developer").

Acceptance of Terms

By using SuperAge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Service Description

SuperAge is a mobile application that:

• Calculates an estimate of your biological age based on data you provide
• Offers personalized advice to improve health and wellness
• Uses proprietary algorithms for estimates and predictions
• Stores data locally on your device
• Provides an optional Cloud AI Extractor feature that extracts biomarker data from PDF files or images you upload by transmitting them to a proprietary server for processing

App Usage

Permitted Use

• The app is intended for personal use for informational and wellness purposes
• You can use the app to monitor and improve your general health
• The app is free for personal use

Prohibited Use

• Do not modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app
• Do not use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
• Do not attempt to circumvent the app's security measures
• Do not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Limitations and Disclaimers

Informational Purposes

• SuperAge provides estimates based on algorithms, not medical diagnoses
• Results are for informational and general wellness purposes only
• Does not replace professional medical advice

Accuracy

• We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of biological age estimates
• Results may vary and depend on the quality and accuracy of entered data
• The app uses statistical models that may not be accurate for all individuals

Medical Responsibility

• Always consult a doctor for important health matters
• Do not base medical decisions solely on app results
• The app is not a certified medical device

Intellectual Property

• SuperAge and all its contents are owned by Stefano Novelli
• Algorithms, design and code are protected by copyright
• A limited license for personal and non-commercial use is granted

Privacy and Data

• Your data remains on your device, except when you explicitly use the Cloud AI Extractor feature
• When using the Cloud AI Extractor, uploaded files are transmitted to a proprietary server solely for processing and are permanently deleted immediately after extraction is complete
• No personal data is collected, stored, or used for purposes other than providing the requested service

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app
• Liability is limited to the price paid for the app (free)
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on app results

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. Changes will be communicated through:

• App updates
• Documentation notifications
• Other appropriate means

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Service Interruption

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Update app features
• Terminate support for obsolete versions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved by competent Italian courts.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts remain in effect.
