Why is some data missing or outdated in the app?
Missing or stale values in SuperAge usually mean an upstream Apple Health, permission, or source-app sync problem rather than a biological-age model issue.
Why don't SuperAge widgets update in real time?
Widgets on iOS and watchOS are refreshed by the operating system on its own schedule — not in real time. This is an Apple platform limit, not a SuperAge bug.
