A blood-test biological age usually stays blank because the required biomarkers are incomplete, the units are unusable, the report is hard to parse, or processing has not finished yet.
SuperAge does not hide a completed score. If the app cannot map the report into the full marker set for the model, it cannot calculate the result safely.
What this usually means
- One or more required biomarkers are missing for the model you are trying to run.
- The biomarkers are present, but the units are unreadable or unusable.
- The report is cropped, partial, messy, or hard to parse.
- The upload was recent and processing has not finished yet.
Check in this order
- Confirm which model you are trying to run, such as PhenoAge or KDM.
- Compare the report against the required biomarker list for that model and check each item one by one.
- Inspect the units and labels before retrying. A familiar biomarker can still fail if the unit or formatting is unusable.
- Use the cleanest complete version of the report you have. Cropped screenshots, partial pages, low-quality scans, or mixed layouts can break the import even when the values are technically present.
- If you uploaded the report only moments ago, allow time for processing to finish before treating it as a failed result.
- If the report is complete, readable, and includes the full required marker set, but the blood-test age still stays blank, treat it as a SuperAge-side import or processing issue.
What to try before contacting support
- Upload the original PDF if you have it.
- If you only have images, use clear full-page images rather than cropped screenshots.
- Make sure every required biomarker appears with a value and unit.
- Do not mix values from different blood draw dates unless the app explicitly supports that workflow.
- Retry only after you have a cleaner or more complete report; re-uploading the same unreadable file usually produces the same result.

- A report that is missing even one required biomarker for the model you want to run.
- Values that are cut off, mislabeled, or shown in units the workflow cannot interpret safely.
- A cropped, partial, or low-quality report that hides needed context.
- Assuming that a report is sufficient just because it contains some familiar blood markers.
When the report is the problem
A report can look detailed and still be unusable for PhenoAge or KDM. If one required item is missing, mislabeled, or unreadable, SuperAge cannot infer it and should not guess.
The fastest way to diagnose a blank blood-test age is to compare the report against the required biomarker list for the specific model and check completeness, units, and readability one field at a time.

Email [email protected] if the report is complete, readable, and still does not produce a result after processing time. Include:
- the model you tried to run, such as PhenoAge or KDM
- which required markers are present
- the upload date
- the file type, such as PDF or image
- whether the app shows an error or only a blank result
Do not email full medical reports unless support gives you a safer review path.
