Does SuperAge only work with Apple Health? Yes. SuperAge relies on Apple Health on iPhone, even when some data starts in non-Apple devices or apps. Does SuperAge work with Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Whoop, or other trackers? Yes. SuperAge can use Garmin and other tracker data when the relevant metric reaches Apple Health and SuperAge can read it.
