How do I request a refund?

Updated: 192 days ago

Refund requests for SuperAge purchases billed through the App Store must go through Apple. SuperAge cannot approve, issue, or speed up an App Store refund.

Apple documents the process here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
  2. Choose I’d like to, then select Request a refund.
  3. Choose the reason, then select Next.
  4. Select the SuperAge app, subscription, or charge, then submit the request.
  5. Wait for Apple’s update. Apple says most refund requests receive an update within 24 to 48 hours.
  6. If you no longer want SuperAge Pro, cancel the subscription separately. A refund request does not always cancel future renewal. Apple explains cancellation here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.

What Apple decides

  • Refund eligibility can vary by country or region.
  • Apple decides whether the refund is approved.
  • Apple decides the timing if a refund is approved.
  • If you no longer want the subscription, cancel it separately so it does not renew again.

If you cannot find the charge

  • Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
  • Search your email for the Apple receipt or invoice.
  • If the charge is still pending, wait for the receipt before requesting a refund.
  • If you have an unpaid Apple order, Apple says you may need to pay that order before requesting a refund.

If you use Family Sharing, the charge may be tied to the family organizer or another Apple Account. Check the Apple receipt first, then sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account shown on the receipt.

If Apple denies the request

Apple makes the refund decision. If Apple denies the request or the purchase is not visible in Report a Problem, contact Apple Support from the same Apple Account that was charged.

Contact SuperAge only if the billing problem is paired with an app-access issue, such as Apple showing an active subscription while SuperAge still appears locked. In that case, email [email protected] with the purchase date, device model, iOS version, and what the app shows. Do not send card numbers or Apple Account passwords.

What SuperAge can and cannot do

  • SuperAge can point you to the Apple refund flow.
  • SuperAge can help troubleshoot app access after Apple shows an active subscription.
  • SuperAge cannot refund an App Store purchase directly.
  • SuperAge cannot override Apple’s decision or review speed.
