Apple handles SuperAge subscriptions, renewals, and billing settings. The price and plan shown in your App Store storefront are the source of truth for your account.
SuperAge does not run a separate checkout. That means billing date, payment method, cancellation, and most subscription changes are controlled in your Apple account, not inside a separate SuperAge billing system.
Fastest path
- Open Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Tap SuperAge.
- Check the plan, renewal date, price, and cancellation status Apple shows there.
- If you want to stop renewal, cancel from that Apple subscription screen. Apple also keeps an official guide here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.
- If you were already charged and want to ask for money back, use Apple’s refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What this means
- The App Store price shown to you is the authoritative price for your region and account.
- Screenshots from another country, date, or promotion may not match your storefront.
- Your payment method, renewal date, and cancellation settings are managed by Apple.
- If Apple changes pricing, Apple handles the notice and renewal terms shown in your subscription details.
Check in this order
- Open Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iPhone, then select SuperAge.
- Confirm which plan is active, the next renewal date, and the price Apple shows for your account.
- If the price looks different from what you expected, compare it with the current App Store paywall or subscription screen shown to your region and account.
- If you want to stop renewal, cancel the subscription in Apple’s subscription settings.
- If you believe a charge is wrong, review the Apple subscription details first, then request a refund through Apple if needed.
If SuperAge still looks locked after purchase
- Confirm the subscription is active in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- Make sure you are using SuperAge on the same Apple Account that purchased the subscription.
- Close and reopen SuperAge.
- If the subscription is active in Apple settings but SuperAge still does not unlock Pro, contact [email protected] and include:
- the Apple subscription status you see
- the approximate purchase date
- your device model and iOS version
- a screenshot of the SuperAge paywall or locked screen
Do not send card numbers, full receipts, or sensitive Apple Account credentials.
What SuperAge can and cannot do

- SuperAge can help investigate an active subscription that does not unlock the app.
- SuperAge cannot cancel the subscription for you.

- SuperAge cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
When to contact Apple

- A charge looks wrong or you need a refund.
- You expected the subscription to be canceled, but Apple still shows it as active.
- You need help with the Apple Account that is attached to the purchase.
For refund requests, start with Apple’s official refund page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
